Depending on the program you use to open these forms, they may be electronically filled out and emailed to the school office digitially.  Here is a link to Adobe for your convenience:    Adobe Acrobat Reader

1.  Save the form you need to your device by clicking on it.  Some browsers may show a box in the upper right corner of the form to click on.

2. From the page that pops up, pick "Download" (arrow down icon in upper right corner of screen).  You may also print directly from those icons.

3. Choose where to save the form on your computer like in your Downloads or another folder.

4. Go to where you just saved the form and right click on it.

5. From the menu that pops up, pick "Open with" and then "Adobe Acrobat Reader."
